An exclusive document obtained by The Epoch Times reveals that an April COVID-19 outbreak at a CDC conference for vaccinated people was larger than reported.

On Aug. 8, a lawyer representing the U.S. FDA said doctors are permitted to prescribe ivermectin, despite the agency's viral "stop it" campaign against ivermectin usage.

On the same day, in a groundbreaking decision, a Michigan judge ruled that biopharmapeutical company Gilead Sciences and a hospital are not protected under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act. This exposes them to liability for injuries sustained by a man who received a contaminated remdesivir drug.

The CDC is likely to endorse annual COVID-19 vaccinations. Additionally, families who lost members to COVID-19 are suing EcoHealth Alliance and its president. The families allege that the New York nonprofit was involved in researching, funding, and creating COVID-19, and subsequently releasing the virus intentionally or accidentally.

“The CDC said that 181 respondents reported testing positive for COVID-19, that number was actually 183, according to the newly obtained files.”

The CDC said that none of the 181 people who tested positive was hospitalized, but did not mention that one of the vaccinated attendees suffered such severe symptoms that they went to the emergency room.

Doctors Can Prescribe Ivermectin for COVID-19: FDA Lawyer

Doctors are free to prescribe ivermectin to treat COVID-19, a lawyer representing the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said on Aug. 8.

“‘FDA explicitly recognizes that doctors do have the authority to prescribe ivermectin to treat COVID,’ Ashley Cheung Honold, a Department of Justice lawyer representing the FDA, said during oral arguments on Aug. 8 in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.”

“Family members of people who died from COVID-19 have sued a New York-based nonprofit organization that collaborated with and helped fund the Chinese laboratory that was exploring how to make coronaviruses more transmissible and infectious.

“The suit names EcoHealth Alliance and Peter Daszak, its president, as defendants, alleging they researched, funded, and created the COVID-19 virus and released it intentionally or accidentally.”
